These terms govern your use of AdmitSmith's website and services. By placing an order, you agree to them.
AdmitSmith is a brand operated by Neoteric Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India with its registered office in New Delhi. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Neoteric Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Our service
AdmitSmith provides document- and application-assistance services — including help with passport applications, document attestation and apostille, police clearance certificates, admission and entrance-exam form filling, scholarship applications, certificate services (such as duplicate marksheets and migration/transfer certificates), name/date-of-birth corrections, education-loan document preparation, and PAN-card assistance. We assist you in completing and submitting these applications correctly, based on the information and documents you provide.
Important: we are a private facilitation service
AdmitSmith is a private, independent assistance service and is NOT a government website, agency, or department, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government body, university, or official authority. Our fees are charged only for our assistance and are separate from, and in addition to, any official government or statutory fees, which are payable directly to the relevant authority. We will always tell you the applicable government fees, where any, before you proceed.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm that the information and documents you give us are true, accurate, and genuinely your own. We do not fabricate, forge, or misrepresent any information, credentials, or documents.
- You are responsible for reviewing the details before final submission, and for attending in person any step that legally requires your presence (for example, passport biometrics).
No guarantee of outcomes
We carry out your application diligently, but the final decision, approval, and processing time rest with the relevant government or issuing authority. We do not and cannot guarantee approval, and are not responsible for delays, rejections, or decisions made by those authorities.
Delivery and revisions
We confirm the requirements, cost, and timeline for your specific request before you pay. Timelines depend on the service and on the processing times of the relevant authority.
Payments
Our assistance fees are payable through our payment provider and are collected in the name of Neoteric Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., which operates AdmitSmith. Any official government/statutory fees are separate and are as set by the relevant authority.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property
Once your order is paid in full, the final documents are yours to use. Our questionnaires, templates, and methods remain our property.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for admissions decisions or for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
