Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind our work. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first draft, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will revise it to meet the agreed scope, and if we still cannot make it right, we will refund your payment.

Revisions

Every package includes revisions (SOP Essentials: 1, Admit Pro: 2, All-In Admit: unlimited). We'll refine your documents until they meet the scope of your order.

Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund before we begin work — that is, before you submit your discovery questionnaire. Once drafting has begun, cancellations are handled case-by-case under the satisfaction guarantee above.

What is not eligible

Because admission, scholarship, and visa decisions depend on many factors beyond the document itself, an unfavourable outcome after we have delivered satisfactory drafts is not grounds for a refund.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
